The registration fee for SIS 2008 is $695 for physicians and $500 for product engineers. The registration fee includes attendance at all sessions, symposia and workshops, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, lunch buffet, evening symposium, and receptions. 

The registration fee for industry representatives is $500. The registration fee includes attendance at all sessions (*except cadaveric training session), symposia and workshops, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, lunch buffet, evening symposiums and receptions. *The cadaveric training sessions are for physician attendees only, however, industry representatives are welcome to observe (please do not select this option when registering for the conference).
