Aggressive medical therapy only.
Aggressive medical therapy with follow-up perfusion scans.
PCI with bare metal stents (BMS) in addition to medical therapy.
PCI with drug eluting stents (DES) in addition to medical therapy.
Need additional trial data in this patient population.
